Terms
Last updated September 22, 2026.
These are the terms for using Ringbrook, a phone answering service run by Reservation Destination LLC, Broken Bow, Oklahoma ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: hello@ringbrook.com.
Ringbrook gives your business a phone number. Calls you send to it are answered by an AI receptionist that asks what the caller needs, and the message is texted to you and kept on your dashboard. If you connect a calendar, it can offer callers open times and book them.
Every call Ringbrook answers is recorded and transcribed. Callers are told at the start of the call. The recording and transcript sit on your dashboard, where you and the people you add to your team can play and read them; Ringbrook staff may review calls for support and quality. They are deleted automatically after 6 months.
Ringbrook is not an emergency service and does not contact 911. If a caller describes a danger such as a gas smell or fire, Ringbrook tells them to get to safety and call for help, but it cannot act for them.
Ringbrook is an AI. It can mishear a caller, get a detail wrong, or miss a call if a phone network has trouble. Check the details before you rely on them, and read the full conversation on your dashboard when it matters. Ringbrook never quotes prices or promises arrival times on your behalf.
The Ringbrook number is provided as part of the service. If you cancel, the number is released and we text you the code to send calls back to your own phone.
Ringbrook call alerts. When you enter your cell number during setup you agree to receive text messages from Ringbrook (Reservation Destination LLC) about calls Ringbrook answers for your business: who called, what they need and how to reach them, plus an optional morning reminder of calls to return. Consent is not a condition of buying anything.
Message frequency varies with your call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help, or email hello@ringbrook.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our privacy policy for how your number is handled.
How we handle information is on the privacy page.
We work hard to keep Ringbrook running, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will never fail. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost business or other indirect losses, and our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it.
We may update these terms; if a change matters we will email account holders first. We may close an account that breaks these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
