How Ringbrook texts you

Ringbrook is an AI receptionist for small businesses, run by Reservation Destination LLC. When it answers a call for your business, it texts you, the business owner, who called, what they need, and the number to call back. It never texts your callers.

Where you opt in

After you sign up, the setup page (behind your login) asks where to send your calls. This is exactly what it shows:

Text the calls to Your cell. Every caller’s details land here. Text me at this number about calls Ringbrook answers for me, plus an optional morning reminder. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for help. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.

The box starts unticked. Without the tick, no number is saved and nothing is texted.

What you get

A text after each call Ringbrook answers, e.g. “Ringbrook: new call for Two Rivers Plumbing. Problem: water heater leaking. Name: Karen Holt. Call back: (405) 555-0188. The whole call: ringbrook.com/app/calls/…”
A welcome text, a text with your Ringbrook number when it is set up, and a text if you turn the service off.
Optional: one morning reminder of calls to return (switch it off any time in Settings).
