Ringbrook answers the phone for small businesses. It is run by Reservation Destination LLC in Broken Bow, Oklahoma. This page says, in plain words, what information we hold, why, who else touches it, and how long we keep it. Questions: hello@ringbrook.com.
Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone. We do not use it for advertising. The website has no advertising or outside tracking scripts. The only cookie is the one that keeps you signed in. We count visits to this website ourselves, without cookies: which pages are opened, what site sent you, and which buttons are tapped, tied to a random number kept in your browser, never your name or IP address. These visit counts are deleted after 6 months.
When Ringbrook answers for a business, it keeps what it needs to pass your message on: the number you called from, anything you chose to give, such as your name, address or the problem, and the call itself. Calls to a Ringbrook number are recorded (audio) and transcribed. The recording and the written conversation are kept with the message. You are told at the start of the call that it is being recorded; if you would rather not be recorded, hang up and reach the business another way.
Who can hear or read it: the business you called and the people they have given a login to (on their dashboard), and Ringbrook staff, who review calls for support and to check that the AI is answering well. Nobody else. If you want your information removed, email hello@ringbrook.com with the number you called from.
Call records, the recording, the written conversation, and the business's notes on that call are deleted automatically after 6 months. Account information is kept while the account is open, and deleted on request after it closes, except what we must keep for tax and payment records.
A few companies run parts of the service for us. Each gets only what its job needs:
If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, Ringbrook asks Google for two things:
We use this access only to offer open times and book appointments that callers ask for. We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, do not use it to train AI models, and do not let anyone read it except as needed to run this feature, for security, or when the law requires it. Ringbrook's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can disconnect at any time from your Ringbrook Account page, or from your Google Account's security settings. When you disconnect, we delete the access Google gave us.
Each business gets a private calendar link that shows its callback times. Anyone who has that link can see those callbacks, so keep it private. Ask us and we will change it.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
If you give us your cell number, Ringbrook texts you about calls it answers for you, and (if you leave it on) one short morning reminder of who to call back. That is all we text. Message frequency varies with how many calls you get. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop the texts, or HELP for help; you can also switch them off in your settings.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone else, including our affiliates, for their marketing. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties. The only company that sees your number for texting is Twilio, which delivers the messages for us.
The site only works over an encrypted connection. Account files are readable only by the service itself. A login only ever sees its own business's calls.
You can see and change your account details on your Account page, turn reminder texts and emails on or off, and ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing hello@ringbrook.com.
Ringbrook is a service for businesses and is not meant for children under 13.
If we change this page in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and tell account holders by email.
